If so, you will need to launch through steam 1 time, make sure to complete the full PB installation/ make sure to error check, and if it comes out clean, exit then download files below http://www.pbbans.com/forums/files/call-of-duty-4-windows-download94.html -You will need an account if you don't already have one to see the files- replace files in your directory then restart PC and make sure to launch through steam If you are not launching through steam, then you will need to go to evenbalance.com download the PB installer, install, run check, then replace or add files to directory /pb/ (You may need to create this folder since PB no longer supports cod4) then restart PC and launch.
