no dedicated server, no money from me. that's the way it works out. It looks like some sort of control issue and i wont play it that way. Its the mods that make cod4 so cool and the ability of the server admins to regulate it all that makes the gaming for the community so enjoyable. It's almost like the obama administration is wanting to regulate gameplay as much as everything else thats going on in our country. The similarity seems like a stretch, but it all wears the same to me. Somebody trying to tell someone else what they "CANT" do, because the currrent rules that have worked so well for so many, well, they just need to be changed for........what a bunch of bullshit!!!Why is it that when you have a system that works so well that some asshole at the top decides that some radical change needs to be implemented to "make things better".

Hey guys, I know it is certainly not definitve as true, but possibly reliabe info I recieved today from some tech guys at the local PC shop. When I asked them about this they both said they had recieved word (don't remember from who) that there was indeed (at least not at release) truth to the word about the lack of dedicated servers.
