That looks yummy. I assume that was done with propane? Did you put any masque or pecan (my favorite) wood chips to give it some smoke flavor?

If you say you put liquid smoke on it I'll span this thread with midget porn. Them little suckers will get revenge for that piece of meet.

No propane, electric pellet smoker. I used mesquite wood pellets.

And no liquid anything, except mustard as a binder. lol. Everything I used was listed above.

Those ribs look amazing, bro.  I make those also.  I usually make a nice potato or macaroni salad with them with bbq beans and some cornbread.  Yummy!!!
