u can try the "mic-trick", take a old microphone or only the plug of it and put it into the backside microphoneinput of ur pc. next thing u can do is disable ur soundcard if u have a headset wich has his own driver, this works got for me.

i got kicked cause of disallowed program/driver , i just take a look on nvidea.com and they have a new driver(whql257.21). just want to say that if anyone get the same problem.
