I agree dj i used to be one of those shops. Everyone wants everything for nothing well that drove me out of business and furthered the big box stores now there is no small shops out there that you can just drop in and get service. You get the idiot slobbering kid that knows nothing at the big box store. I miss the small shop days if you have one near you take pictures of it cause it wont last.- 12 replies

You can load that T610 with ram and run Hyper V . Hyper V is so much easier to run that VMware

here is my rack Dell 42u one R710 four 2950's the UPS is a dell it will run the rack for about one hour Every server has min of 32gb of ram On those 5 servers i have about 50 servers running in Hyper V all in production exchange, Lync, 6 domain controllers, backup servers, linux based virus scanner for exchange <-- i am going to market this one day works like a barracuda, asigra server database servers.

One nice thing they added was you can flash the bios now with just the board a usb stick and a power supply no ram or proc needed

I started this build in october what a freekin nightmare
