It runs great ! I just wish I had more time to play ... grrrr.. I tried world at war today, lol i suck.. it wasn't the pc tho, just me. I didn't know the maps and it's so different than cod2. I was playing on the freeze tag server. It was lots of fun tho trying. I haven't had any problems with the new pc, I'm very thankful to you all. It shows just how great people are here at XI ! Here's a update, My brother is letting me borrow his daughters pc till I can get mine fixed. Last I heard was from Pete, and he was going to email Wizid to let me know about something. Mine is ready to ship, I'm sure I have enough to ship it to Wizid. I want to thank you all for being so kind and helping. Without you guys I couldn't get it fixed any time soon. I've loaded the game on this pc and I'm going to try it and see if this machine will run it. I'm sure you all will have fun killing me. LOL.. It's a baby like e-machine, I hope I don't blow it up. LOL my neice would kill me . So hopefully I'll see y'all soon !

I could do then, but don't you have to use some type of heat glue for the processor? She can't my card reader to work on her pc either, but I'll figure out some way to get them posted. I have to let her have her pc for now. I'll try to get those pics on a little later. thanks again !

A hot bath would be nice, it's chilly here. lol.. Okay I looked its not ddr2,I have 4 512 sticks of ddr. I took pictures, but I can't get the card reader to work on her pc, so when she gets home I'll get her to do it. The 70 dollars didn't include any parts, that was just putting the motherboard and processor in plus removing the old one and me doing the rest. I pretty much know how to do the rest of it. Mounting the board and putting the processor in is something I've never done. I know how to use a screwdriver tho, if it's only 8 screws I might could do it. I'll post the pics as soon as she gets home tho.

I think it's ddr2, but I'll take one of them out and check. I can take some pictures of it also. But I'll probably need help in loading them here on the website. The pc repairman that I have used for years told me he would put it in for me for about 70 dollars. He said everything esle should be good. I'll take pictures of the whole inside. Y'all guys are great ! What I have that should still be good is processor 4000 socket 939, its the most that board would hold, I have ddr ram 2 and a pci-e video card, its old but it worked for me. It was fast enough to play decent, but I don't think it would have been for a more advanced game. The case is a gaming case, I forgot who makes it and I have a bigger power supply. I'll tell you this, it's like going thru dt's when your pc is gone. It's been down since the day before my birthday on the 10th. I thought it was some simple but it turned out it wasn't. Does anyone know how to get the data off a sata hard drive, all my pictures, passwords, reciepts etc are on that drive, I was told if I put it on another board I would lose everything. I should have made back up disks I know. I really dislike losing all those things. Thank you all. charity

Really guys if you can help it would be great, but I don't like asking. I just can't fix it right now. I'm using my daughters little laptop, lol I should have bought her a better one. I had a pc repair look at it twice, he said the northbrigde on the motherboard was gone. I really don't know what means, but I know it won't work. The board was a k8n-neo4f version 3.0, it's a red board. Socket 939 which I think makes it hard to find, it is a older board, but it worked for me. He said everything else should still be fine. He thinks it took a power surge, I don't know tho, it was plugged in a protected outlet. But anyway the poor thing is dead. I want y'all to know even if I can't get it fixed, it was really nice to offer. I cried yesterday as I posted my post. I don't have much real family left, but when I felt lonely or frusterated I'd always come play a few games, it always helped. XI will always be special to me. And Ron it's cute you still call me Angel. It's been alot of years. I have to say gaming with the XI family they were good ones.

My motherboard died on my pc, and I won't be able to play no where in the near future as far as I can see. I want to say, I have enjoyed playing and being a part of >XI<. It's been a honor. I have asked Rugger not to delete me quite yet as a member. I would like to have a little time to say good bye to the friends I have made here. A lot of people have come and gone over the years, and a lot have stayed, that tells you just how special XI is. XI will always have a place in my heart and I wish all of you the best.
