The journalist leaves.

Manure Spreader for Sale:
Fifty-year old manure spreader. Not sure of brand. Said to have been produced in Kenya. Used for a few years in Indonesia before being smuggled into the US via Hawaii. Of questionable pedigree. Does not appear to have ever been worked hard. Apparently it was pampered by various owners over the years. It doesn't work very often, but when it does it can really sling the manure for amazing distances. I am hoping to retire the manure spreader next November.
 
I really don't want it hanging around getting in the way. I would prefer a foreign buyer to relocate the manure spreader out of the country. I would be willing to trade it for a nicely framed copy of the United States Constitution.

They then tried to grab the refinery for "critical" fuel production. Chevron had been handing out fuel during the whole crisis to anyone that pulled up. The Federal authorities were less than kindly asked to get off Chevron property, and were not welcomed back. Gotta love free enterprise with some teeth......

I personally don't care for the gaming keyboards, at least the plain flat ones anyway.
I got a Microsoft ergonomic keyboard. Been using it since about Thanksgiving or Christmas, It is awesomely comfortable.
It has a lot of features, not so much for games, but the shape and contour of it is more like a game pad.

OK, now before you go off bashing me. I was just watching the news here in Dallas and am fuming with the crap I've seen. We had a few bad storms last week and I'm hearing how people demand federal aid. Yes it's a tragedy with the storms, but people are now saying they want the federal government to pay for the repairs to their homes. 1st off, this is why you should get insurance. 2nd the government isn't responsible for where you choose to live. 3rd, did you grand parents during the dust bowl, or "Dirty 30's" complain? Nope, they moved on and took care of business.
 
So much crap in this world where people think they should get something for free. It's not the case.
 
It's like a drivers license. It's a responsibility, not a privilege. You gotta work for it.

I smoke weed. I prefer it to alcohol (not to take anything away from my taste for alcohol). However, I feel pretty strongly that weed needs to stay illegal until certain methods are created to test whether a person is currently high or not. Marijuana affects reaction time and judgement, just like alcohol. But unlike alcohol, tests can only determine if you have smoked weed within the past few weeks/month etc. I dont want to be kept from driving just because I smoke (please god dont let it come to that), but I also know there are risks involved in operating a 4000 pound hunk of metal with slow reaction time and poor judgement.

3. My past, either good or bad is in no way involved in this matter.
4. My associations with the a fore mentioned individual "X-Ray" is more involved then a "Lawyer" would know.
5. I never used you "client" as an "escape" goat. (please use proper English. "Scape" is the word you were looking for."
6. Again, you have repeated your previous comment about my past. As any reputable lawyer knows, it's not about emotions. you seem to have an invested emotion in this issue.
7. This "XI-Fest Thing" also has nothing to do with the case that you are supposed to be representing. So please stop multi tasking.
8. If you feel that I have "brain washed" any individuals that have an involvement in this matter, I would ask that you please provide me with this proof of coercion.
9. What political gain will I achieve from this action that has been perpetrated by your client?

"Rick James" has made a judgment in error and should make the corrective actions to the people that he has wronged. I believe the legal term is 'restitution".
 
In short, your clients access to the web site and game servers to manipulate the status and actions of my duties as an "XI" administrator was more then gross neglect on his judgment and can be construed as a federal offense, the same as his mishandling of the donations from members and friends of the Extreme Idiots clan that were to be delivered to a friend of ours that was on hard times after he lost everything.

Same here...I don't play mw2 server that much anymore cuz I can barely kill ppl there...sometimes I use whole clip and they don't die or even not getting hurt even though that my gun is directly poitend at them. I really have to put much more effort to get kill. I love playing with XI ppl but usually after few mints of playing mw2 server I get annoyed and leave the game...
