Don't attempt a Lager unless you can control the temp. Primary Fermentation is done at 52 Degs F. Try an Ale, that is fermented at 68 to 70 Degs F.

I usually make Munich Lager with my Weihenstephaner Lager Yeast Culture to about 6.7%. Knock back 4 of those and the piss trips are less often. To any German Bier Aficionados I must make a Confession. I always use German Bittering hops like Hallertuar.... But I must admit... My Old camera had a "double flash" problem and caught me half blinking lol... My First Guitar was a Sears Silvertone Les Paul Copy along with a 5 watt Sears Amp. My Twin is really almost a one of a kind Amp nowadays that's hard to find. It was made from 1994 to 1996 only and replaced by the "Evil Twin" with Red Knobs after that up until now. The difference between the two is mine has "Vintage" Circuit that gives you an "on the edge" clipping sound on the Clean Channel making it sound like a smaller Amp Cranked at low volume. The Clean channel is as nice as any Twin Reverb and has a distortion channel with Heavy Overdrive and some Mild Fuzz (similar to a Marshall).
