Rerun your setup through the setup wizard on the top task bar of your Teamspeak and make sure your mic is being picked up. Check your Device Manager on your PC and make sure your Microphone is not muted (This magically happens sometimes without explanation). Also, Are you on "Push To Talk"? I have mine set up on my Mouse side key and sometimes Teamspeak has an error and won't recognize the Button. Hope one of these helps
