Try going to Nvidia and check out the Beta drivers....it may help. Just make sure you install the 3D drivers as well.....

Yeah, definitely need system specs in order to help,Dude. Processor type/speed, PCI-express or not, how much ram, motherboard number/mfr. that vid card will not cut it. Power supply is VITAL!!

Most all games run at 32 bit. Your system shouldn't run slower because of it , though. What hardware r u running? Do u play CoD 5 or 6?
