we are going to upgrade from the 25 mbps to the 75mbps package soon, maybe that will help, but ill make sure we ask about that. there can be a few wifi stuff going on at the same time in this household that may be part of the problem, but since im not the one who really needs the upgrade, im not going to get something "I'm" going to have to pay extra for....my brother getting a 4k tv and is upgrading the cable for the 4k streaming.

just tried it and it works great with cable hooked up to it. my router is only 20 ft away and still not great, had same problems with my roku, that's way i got a fire cause i figure it would work better with wifi

yes i have a comcast modem/router with wifi, like i said it buffers all the time. but when i watch netflix,amazon on my pc i have no issues. im am going to hook up my cable thats on my pc to the fire tv tonight and see if it works better. im thinking the wifi just doesn't cut it when streaming HD movies

i want to hook up my amazon fire tv to an ethernet cable but i have no open ports left since they are all hooked up to other PCs in the house. can one of my cables be split somehow with some kind of hardware? its just using the wifi it buffers alot ....

you will have to install all the patches, you can find them here.... http://www.xtremeidiots.com/files/category/22-patches/ down load them all then start with the first one (1.0.1.17) and run them all in order. then you'll have to install the punk buster manually, if you need help with that just come back and ask.

yes, it a very fun game! but so you know that there are different server locations, NA(north america) and EU, you can't switch between the two unless you make two different accounts. i mostly play on the EU server and have no issues with lag and game play is not effected at all by higher ping.

in port down on the bottom right click the little orange thingy and click on the " +add player" then type in name and search.

i been rethinking my choice and really liking the browning buckmark, lots of choices with that model and great reviews!
