Sorry to hear about your troubles. Since I do this most of the day I have some suggestions based on general assumptions.
Assuming you want to keep/retrieve data on the drive: Dont write to it!@ I would buy another hard drive, which are cheap now, and restore your PC from scratch on this new disk. Once its up and running you can connect the old drive to see whats retrievable. Im not sure what your specific problem is since it could be many things.... bad driver (have you updated anything recently?) bad memory, failed or failing HD, INFECTION, etc...
Its best to analyse the blue screens with WinDBG to see whats causing them. You have to either get Windows working on it again or use the scenario above with the new drive. If you're like me and dont have much hair left to pull out, I would go with that. lol
