I just reloaded mine last week and it word ok. Maybe a bug download exe file and try again.

Maybe your internet provider. What is you upload speeds and download? I used to have up to 5 mg download and found they were only giving me 1 mg because they were throttling something their not supposed to do. So you may have to upgrade your service. You can check your speed here http://www.speedtest.net/ to make sure you are getting what you pay for.
