Okay that is very strange because after connecting to the server it should make a folder called 29 which is the name of the mod. I've not seen that issue before

You can find it here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty 2\29\players OR C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty 2\29\players You need to open the config_mp.cfg and find "seta hunkmegs" and change it to 512, save and you'll be good to go.

That's gonna take some working out in the 2.9 version. The way the weapons are handled and edited is completely different from the current 2.8 we host so I am having to learn a new system but I will see what I can do for you, no worries. Make sure you've joined the server first to download the mod then you will be able to find it You should be able to find the servers as the game should be version 1.3. CoD2 is notorious at the moment for having a broken Master Server where a lot of servers don't even show up anymore. You can either connect through HLSW by putting the server IP in the bar at the top of the program or you can join directly by pressing ` or ~ to open the console on the main menu and type in /connect 63.251.20.230:28960

Loader and I are in there every now and then, I'm in there maybe once a week. I only really go on when Loader is about really.
