I have never watched CAM prints, ruins the movie. I can't go to the theaters either, well its difficult for me as well. So I wait for the movies to be out on Blu-Ray or DVD. I have Amazon Prime it works well.

Comcast recently doubled the speeds. I have a 105Mbps connection now for the same price as 50Mbps. I dont have netflix, because the only new stuff there is the old stuff I haven't seen. 5Mbps is good for HD stream as well but you will need to let it buffer. Do you torrent?

I built my tower 6 years ago under $800. I have since upgraded my GPU and windows drive to an SSD. I recommend building a desktop as it gives you more options, a laptop for that budget is just not meant for gaming. I can help you spec parts, ping me if you like.

In other words, if NN passes then your favorite HD porn site would have to pay your ISP so you can stream the video without having to buffer. Do you have the patience for video buffering while you're holding little johnny in your hand? It's like ISPs charging the content providers a gate tax. ISPs will make more money, you will just have to deal with more frustration. That's why companies like Google and Netflix are fighting this. Netflix's service on comcast did not improve until they paid Comcast a "ransom".
