In other words, if NN passes then your favorite HD porn site would have to pay your ISP so you can stream the video without having to buffer. Do you have the patience for video buffering while you're holding little johnny in your hand? It's like ISPs charging the content providers a gate tax. ISPs will make more money, you will just have to deal with more frustration. That's why companies like Google and Netflix are fighting this. Netflix's service on comcast did not improve until they paid Comcast a "ransom".

Fair enough @@BigPapaDean - I used to watch them then I saw them time after time simply reporting untrue things as facts. They have a narrative and they twist facts to fit that narrative. After that I starting reading/watching the news about the same incident/events from multiple sources especially the ones outside the US to establish an inkling of truth.
