I do want to point out, some of the monitor have this feature built-in. Some of the ASUS, and BenQ have a red-dot. It is obviously a form of assistance, and I consider it a cheap tactic that gives you an advantage in hip fire mode. There is no way an admin can prove this, but when you spec someone for a while you can detect a pattern. The other day I was specing this guy in our server who was using a M14 and hip firing without missing. If you do single non consecutive shots with M14 it almost always lands in the center. For me the challenge was to track the center. The guy could defrost people in hip-fire mode while running, and even thru small holes in boxes. I mean I have to aim-in lock-on and then defrost.
Anyways, stuff like this irks me off and then I wonder how can you ever have a level playing field. I had to work on my game to get better, this is almost a shortcut.
