  10. So do you plan on changing this or do I need to do something special to call a vote? All I am saying is that the 4-KS CPs (3 w/hardline) shouldn't be as powerful as it is right now. A Sentry Gun/Heli/Paveway should be the highest awarded CP KS for those. I would say take the RCXD out of the Attack package. It's an inferior reward for high number of kills. I hope this makes tactical balancing sense.

  13. I have gotten UAV and CUAV from it. On the other hand yhat mini nuke should really be taken out of the refular 3-kill CP. Its just too cheap to get that this way. It makes logical sense otherwise whats the point of having two Package KS if the only difference is Tac Nuke and that too doesnt happen too often. Mini nukes from a 3 KS are rampant.
  14. @@Sammy, Can we separate the KS awarded in CPs? For example, 3-kill CP limited to KS that you would normally get by getting up to 7 kills. For Attack Package you could have everything above 8-kills + the tac nuke. I mean it's ridiculous that you would get a mini-nuke with a 3-kill CP. I get 8-kills use my attack package and all I get is a counter UAV, that's non-sense IMO.

  19. Ditto Pete, if it weren't for the freetag mod I would have never found XI or joined the clan for that matter. Kudos, the fact that we play this old old game is because this mod makes it worth it.
  20. Specific scenario: Enemy called Mininuke airstrike, I quickly turned in to a car, 2 seconds in the car the Mininuke destroys my car. I now have spawn protection but I hear the radiation sound going off. I run away as far as possible from the radiation zone and let my spawn protection run out so I wouldn't die. The moment it times off I die, WTF. It was a medium sized map. Messages that show up with big font: - Hardwired is protecting you from Counter UAV - Presss F to retrieve [...] - Teams will be auto balanced next round - I don't fucking care DISAPPEAR These are the notable ones from the top of my head.
  21. @@Sammy, in the current mod when a mini nuke goes off and u're in spawn protection why do u still die when you come out of it and all the people who were supposed to die have died? I was a car, my car blew up by the mini nuke but then I let the timer expire and the radiation still killed me. This is non-sense IMO.
  22. From what I read this was a mentally disturbed individual. He had converted to Islam 10 years ago not sure when that comes in to play in relation to his recent actions. I suppose at some point he rationalized murder as taking action for whatever cause he had come to believe in. Pathetic! May the families of the victims find solace in the fact he is not out there to harm anyone anymore.
  23. I will admit I miss the feature rich noacrmod and the oldacrmod has its charm. I wonder if we can merge the two together.... anyways not the point of the discussion. I have comcast 50Mbps real upload download is 12/58Mbps and I don't have an issue running the traceroute to the server. The routes ISPs take to direct your traffic makes a big difference. I am guessing the size of the mod + plus the hops make for variance everyone's had in CIs and lag. Well, that's the nature of online gaming.
  24. Yea @@LOCO I noticed the same thing running is slow. Reminds of the time we used to run 333 fps. However, as @@Ruggerxi said he put up what he had so its possible this mod doesnt have the fixes we used to play with. On another note, @@Sammy needs debug data but when we are playing we are not actually paying attention to these things, unfortunately. Maybe if you get time you can spectate the server while its full. I will re-state I saw some people teleport but at least for me the game play is smoother. We shall k ow better when the europeans and austrlians start connecting.
