The price is good but from some quick reading, that's about it. Just read some reviews on these White Label drives and they don't appear to be stable and some reviews talked about not even detecting the drive. Granted, you usually don't see the good reviews and only the bad ones so you kinda gotta go with your gut. The 10000 RPM drive would be nice but I think I will stick with a more trusted name.

Where is the fun in that! The fun and challenge is earning the extra stuff. I have heard of COD servers where you can gain extra points but 100k in a single game, holy crap. Oh ya, and to post a you tube video of it, duh! -

Well, after a month and half, this unemployed guy is back to work on Monday. Comes at a good time since I have some vehicles to maintain and Christmas right around the corner. Running Win 7 Pro 64 and no issues with last updates. Not sure, but I think it is Adobe flash for viewing videos on sites. Depending on what browser you are using, maybe check make sure the flash plugin is still active. Windows update shouldn't affect but, hey, it's Microsoft.

I don't have BF3 but it seems like new game, same shit. I don't understand where the fun is in cheating especially a game like this and COD. Good to see systems like PB are catching some of these hacks.

hmmm. I have read that the card can run warm but seems the heat may not be optimally dissipating off the heatsink. How long have you had the card? You can hear the fan on the card running when you speed it up right? Just asking to cover the bases.

Hey baldie, do you have a program like EVGA precision installed so that you can manually adjust the cards fan speed? When I game, I manually set the speed higher. By default, the card is supposed to adjust speed vs temps but I prefer to set it and forget.

That is a bit warm and if the temps continue to climb, that could be your issue as the PC would blue screen and shut down to protect itself. Running those high temps will shorten your cards life span. What video card do you have? My last card's stock heatsink and fan was inadequate and as such would get a little warm when put under heavy load so I put on an aftermarket cooler which made a world of difference.

I don't have BF3 myself so I can't say if is a graphics load issue but as far as temps go, you seem to have that covered and are ok. What is your current PSU power? BF3 may be pushing your limits.

Following the numbers X-Ray posted above, your GPU temps are ok and should not cause your computer to lock up and blue screen. I have with my last card, ran with higher GPU temps before putting on a different cooler. I suspect there may be something else going on. Did this just start happening? What are your CPU temps like? Does it lock up on a particular game or any game after about 20 min? How is your power supply? Maybe a power issue.

Are those temps under load (ie. when you are gaming) or just normal PC operation?
