    Oh yes it is very bad on so many fronts, and I'd encourage folks to call it out every time it happens!

    Ok seriously think about this process, a person that got a kill streak has consciously decided to QUIT THE ENTIRE GAME AND LOSE THEIR STREAK vs stay in the game. I'm ok with this decision, even if they come back in immediately they have lost it can't use it again.
