Hawaii is likely a bad choice for multiple reasons mostly travel time and expense related, but It's a cool place. now Austin, another southern middle of the USA place, that is awesome is a great option!

This Disco is daytime and has an amusement park and a lighthouse, it's not the one you are thinking of with the music. The entire playable area of the map is on an elevated island, all of the packages I've tried fall thru the floor below the island you are on.

It's definitely not going to be the same without @Mule there! Sorry to hear it buddy, hope to see you at the next one!
