I’m the Professional Solutions Manager for the largest Apple VAR in the Mid-Atlantic area of the US. I'm guessing you got there by jumping on a roof and over to another and then down into an area that the Map Maker didn't intend. There are many many maps where you 'CAN' get under them, if we start removing all of those the available pool will be much smaller. I believe the course of action is to warn and remove the glitching player if they do exploit that?
