    The system is very big in the US aswell..... It depends on the type of insurance you have overhere actually. You either have it insured or not. Then you have to pay for it yourself. One of the good things about this system is that it can make crowns and bridges more affordable (if the dentist doen`t want to drive a big ass car or so that is.... ;-p)
