Made this last night. I must do it again tonight. Weber grill with charcoal and pecan wood to smoke it for flavor. For the Sauce 1 table spoon or more of cayenne pepper, Texas Pete Hot sauce (Made in New Jersey) and some Sweet Baby Ray BBQ sauce or your favorite BBQ Sauce.. but I like it hot so Cayenne pepper added.... Sauce goes on last after chicken is cooked. Red potatoes cooked on the grill then cut in half then split down middle. Put in foil with butter, then topped with Parmesan chess and cheddar cheese put on last after pototos were cooked and smoked be the pecan wood good. After the chick was done and the sauce cooked in I put some Parmesan cheese on most of the chicken. The one leg with nothing on it and one potato after I took all the dairy off was for the dogs. They loved it just is much as I did. Took about a 8 or 9 beers to complete this. Grilling on a Weber grill makes it easy to cook everything all at once.
