Time out here. NO NO NO!!!! Do not get rid of the sniper maps or the sniper weapons. I myself love to snipe on these maps. It isn't as easy as you think it is, due to the speed that everyone is running at. I would like to think that sniping is an art. In order for me to hit you as you are running full speed, I have to lead you in your direction and anticipate your movements as I pull my trigger to shoot you. And I am very good at it....scratch that. I am EXCELLENT at it. So do not speak of removing my weapons just to get a leg up on me because we all know you cant beat me in the Ace Mod!!!!

lets not let this server die. I think we need to promote this server by doing some kind of event like who can place in the top three the most out of 10 maps. If we have a tie, the total points accrued will be the tie breaker.

I wish it was that easy. With my company, HR makes the management team jump through hoops to fire an employee.

So for my career, I lead a team of auto damage adjuster and for the most part, I love my job and my team is one of the best in the state of Florida. With that being said, I get a lot of request for adjusters who are sucking at their job to come to my team to help them turn their numbers around. Recently, I let this one adjuster come to my team and I told her from the beginning that I am going to have to re-train her since she has a lot of bad habits and I will not tolerate those type of habits on my team. I have noticed that if her day doesn't go a 100% as planned, she gets very frustrated and starts to shut down and make mistakes. I talked to her about it this morning and I told her that in our career, our day will never go as planned and that she needed to adjust to what is being thrown at her by these customers and body shops. What does she do next, she shuts down on me just because I tried to have a conversation with her about this!!! OK...i am done with my BITCHING for the day
