A JES friction folder. Had for a fair while, used for skinning and gutting small mammals and fish.
And a custom made "fishscale" knife, made from a farriers rasp. Used it to skin a deer, gut said deer, butcher said deer, as well as batoning wood, feather sticks, wooden pegs etc.
Both come with a hand stitched leather sheath.
JES folder cost me £75 and fishscale cost me £195. Would ask for £140 for both to be shipped to the US.
After each use, both were resharpened using Japanese waterstones in the following order. 600, 1000, 2000, and 8000 grit for a polish if I felt it needed it. Then stropped on a leather strop after to finish the edge.
