I miss the 80's. I miss calling my friends on a REAL telephone where you used to have to dial or push each number separately. I memorized each of their phone numbers. I miss hanging out with my friends at mcdonalds, tim hortons, bars, bush parties, etc. I miss building tree houses in the forrest for our club parties LOL I miss going to rock concerts... nazareth, aerosmith, ted nugent, van halen, billy idol, journey, pat benetar, abba, queen, rush, reo speedwagon, bon jovi to name a few. I wish I could go back in time and not be so drunk and pass out on the field at the pink floyd the wall concert. I woke up at the end. LOL I miss the music festivals where many many groups and solo bands played. aaahhh the 80's were the best!!!!

Not mods, the game itself. Minecraft will not allow you to use the version you want (which in my case is 1.12.2) It auto updates it 1.14.4 every time. Stupid microsoft forcing what they want grrr lol Yes I know. I was just letting off some steam about my game LOL. I play single player on my pc.

Fried eggs on a pizza are awesome for breakfast. Everything you put on a pizza is like in an omelette and the crust is like having a quiche.

When I was a boss I used to say to them all leave home at home and work at work. You are to be completely focused on your job when you are at work. No distractions. I gave them 2 weeks to learn their job role or they were gone. I made it quite clear from the interview that I was boss and they worked for me. We were not going to be friends. I would be there for them in times of crisis or if an injury happened at work. I do understand things happen in real life to people. When my employees came to tell me I listened. I was sympathetic when it called for it. I made sure they were ok and I watched them to make sure they were. I also had incentives for my employees that they earned every 2 weeks on pay day. Dinner for 2's, movie nights for 2 etc. That worked great. Never had a problem getting the work done by any of them. I have ever only fired 1 employee in my life and that was when I was only a manager. 3 hours after I came back after maternity leave I walked right up to him and said your fired, go home.
