Do you have Win10 ? Disable game mode and see if that works plus you can make a exception there to the games but I turned mine off because of a similar problem - right click windows icon bottom left of screen then settings then gaming then game mode

Could always hit the tilde key and type reconnect if you see your waiting to long

Not sure what OS you have but if it is win10 there are a few places you could look as it seems maybe you have a program trying to adjust/over write your disply settings while in game If you have Win10 try turning gaming mode off - right click windows icon/settings/game mode/ turn off and or give spec permission for your game You could also look at your monitor display settings and set your game settings to the same The other is located in notifications icon on right side opposite windows icon - left click look for focus assist and turn off

Sweet I have a interest but have to hand it off to someone on the inside....I want nothing from it at all and would be happy seeing it come to light...So whom ever it is would have to be the presenter and chief and yes work for them

This has happen to me several times in all cases a manual restart a few times would trigger a report and simply let it sit and it worked out every time...Problem noticed after was microsoft had pulled my drivers on video and sound and added their version....Went to AMD website and download correct drivers to fix... Device manager/display adapters/right click on device/properties and go to events --- there you will see recorded any changes made Do that on all devices if you wish
