    There is no known fix for the daul mouse icons that im aware of with 8.1 all you can do is drop the game to task bar (windows button) and bring it back up every time you launch the game and that fixes it As far as the brightness problem I would need more info on your system...makes of laptop/pc/ video card on board or installed drivers been updated or rolled back On another note there may be some adjustments you could make in your config settings

    From what I see Bart it is a mid to high end card and uses very little power compared to others supports dx11 and is not that old as far as technolodgy is concerned What type of ram and how many cores will be supporting it ? as I did find this This Graphics Card needs to be paired with a decent Quad Core Processor and at least 8GB of RAM. looky here GeForce GTX 860M 2GB GDDR5 GPU
