I bought the corsair h2100 and they look awesome.... Until I put them on and they look ridiculous (PIC will follow). Once I'm home and got them charged I will try them out.

Yeah, I looked at the G930 but there have been a lot of reviews stating problems with connectivity and them being a bit tight. Yeah, when I bought my new PSU, all the colour coded power connectors had to be put in different coloured ports. Took some googling to figure out what went where.

If you only have $500 to put towards it, go for decent mobo/processor and crap everything else so you can at least upgrade it as you go.

If you have changed mobo and not reinstalled OS, it will struggle to fire up if the new mobo is different to the old one. It's the same reason you can't just transfer your old hard drive to a new computer and just fire it up. It will still be trying to boot using the old equipment.

Whatever kit you choose, If you aren't melting on a FT server.... you're playing the wrong game type.

I think I'm not getting my point across adequately, sorry. Snipers only came up because a redirect algorithm including distance travelled would potentially pick on snipers unfairly. This is why the melting side of it would help stop this. The other way to automatically kick afkers would be to have it run a check on distance travelled each round. If someone's distance travelled is the same as last round, they were afk.

Yes, what I am suggesting is that all those things taken into account would exclude snipers and noobs from being redirected. If you are a sniper not moving, but you are melting teammates and not getting killed loads, you would not be high up on the redirect list. If you are sat there not moving and not melting, you would get moved. I only chose those criteria because they are already measured by the game and can be used together to seperate afk'ers from snipers, noobs from non melters.

I agree Nitro, the distance inclusion would help keep people who are trying from being kicked. If they are running around but not doing well, they'll stay in longer than an ask who is getting shot all the time.

No apology needed, I have no problem being redirected for members and I would be laughing my ass off had it happened to someone else. On updating the redirect calculations: It would be interesting to see if there was a way to check for 999 pings to boot first. (Clan members should not be excluded from this search) Maybe a calculation including distance travelled and deaths/melts ratio would be nice, because lets face it.... if you aren't moving and you're dying more than your melting, you can go to the quiet corner and think about your actions. If I can help in any way, I would be happy to.
