    I have amd too and got an R9 270x sapphire 4GB and it runs cod4 mw on max settings. Even complex maps gets around 150 fps minimum. Ps. When I was looking into cards, the R9 270x was the best value for money. Futuremark was pretty helpful in making my mind up. http://www.futuremark.com/hardware/gpu/AMD+Radeon+R9+270X/review

    We used to get similar symptoms. Put a box restart ticket in once a week. It should improve ci and lag.

    I run Avast and have had a couple slip through, but I check it manually quite regularly. Think I'll give security essentials a go now though. Avast. CCleaner. Super Antispyware. Revo uninstaller. I tend to use Firefox as my browser with Flash blocker and ad block plus. Stops most of the hidden clickables and unwanted pop up shit.

    How much would you gain by losing the ac130?

    Uav does nothing for me, but I doubt that will free up much space. You could drop the pavelow and just use the helis for the assets rather than ac130. I'm assuming smaller is better for keeping it from lagging when you have 8 care packages called in at once.

    I have the collectors edition which has the bonus dvd with documentaries and a "Making of" section. I should rip it and put some vis up.

    Possibly. I just ran it and hit ok on the permission box that comes up.

    I just reinstalled COD2 on windows 7 with a few hiccups. Don't use the auto run. Go into disc and click setup.exe and it worked fine.
