torrent it? if you don't have a cd drive any more the only other way would be a digital download so either a torrent or buyying it again from steam unless you want to buy a usb dvd drive

the island is back up and running there might be a minor roll back of 2 hours if there is let me or @ShinyAbsol know and items will be replaced if any one has any problems entering the island server let me know, how ever bear in mind again the EPIC version of ark does not support mods yet so please don't bother the only server running currently compatible with epics version is this 176.57.153.104:29000 which is running crystal isles which is good for both begineers or pros for further information on how to join this server via epics version of the game please refer to this post also the island has recieved an update to it's mods some of the current dinosaurs added via mods have been consolidated with a better version which has more dinosaurs in a smaller package as always have fun

the island server is down for maintenance and error sorting it should be back up by 7 tomorrow no data will be lost during this time

once you've join a server and made a character the server will appear in the favourites in game so should just be a one time thing

If you'd like to set one up you can would make public information much easier and as you said advice and the such would be easier to get across as not everyone uses a mic or comes on ts or the website

update to servers minor issue's fixed when balancing between servers took place all is fine again with the world have fun !!

i'm no expert by modern standards but if i remember rightly the high bit rate card will be better as they cause less thermal throttling on the card?

i personally prefer turtle beach but this is just my preference as i have a big head a deaf ears so the extra volume and bass helps alot i currently run a px11 which has two separate channels on the box to turn down volume in game and ts as well as mic mute switch should also mention that this is a audio jack and usb setup the usb has audio and mic whilst the jack has audio
