yes sammy, when i started i had something in the range of 105,000,000 points, when the server redirected me i had earned an additional 9,000 points. now as it stands the server just discarded the points i earned and just threw me to the other server. so now i have nothing to show for the two hours i played to get them. if the server were setup to save the players points when they were redirected then my standing score would have been 105,009,000 points . you see if i had left the server of my own accord the server would have saved my score so why cant you save my score as you redirect me. all i am asking is save my score when you redirect me. the number is important to all gamers. thanks, Katana

you all seem to have misunderstood my original intention of this post. all i have asked is that you save my score before you redirect me so i do not loose my status in ranking. simple just please save my score however large or small it is just save it. thanks, Katana

hey folks, i was playing along happy as a camper can be while having a good run on hof junkyard this afternoon. right down to the very last few players and the last few minutes of the map and having a really good score (almost 9000 points) and the server grabs me and tosses me to the other server. now this necessary to make room for clan members when the server is full. well thats a well and good with me but the thing that really really pisses me off is that you all have no regard for my score. after all that time and effort helping my team to win i get fucked outta my score. that stinks!!! with all the knowledge about can't you all fix this thing to save the players score. its common courtesy, after all you are having to kick the player so the least you could do is save their score for them. please give it some thought, Katana

wiz, i think you will be very happy with that fx-8350 cpu , i have the fx-6100 and i am very happy with it when i upgrade i was planning on getting the fx-8150 but now you have shown me this 8350 i might just get one of them instead. i was always an intel man until lately but amd is a really really big bang for the buck. have fun with your new rig it looks good. hey, i don't blame you, ghost recon may be our way out (its made by ubisoft btw) i don't know if it has dedicated servers or allows mods but so far it does look interesting. anybody else have anything to add to this conversation ? need input. well well well, good news folks. i uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game on to the root dir. c:\ and for some reason it made everything all better. it now downloads maps like gangbusters like it should. one other note; when i reinstalled it i did not let it install direct x 9 which i did on the last install which probably caused the problem to begin with. now when i fire up the game i no longer have to use any compatibility mode for the game. it runs better and faster.. i really want to thank all of you for helping me on this all the input helped me to eliminate all possibilities and causes. so we can call this problem fixed. thanks, Katana

isn't the temp file size controlled under the advanced settings for virtual memory. and how can i just increase the cash ? i changed the virtual memory (paging file) to 24493mb as recommended and gave it an initial size of 18000mb. what other settings can i tweek ? thanks, Katana
