I have managed groups as small as 2 and as big as 20.. You really just need to know what makes her tic... Share with her what makes your day crazy... When they shut down just let them know at the end of the day her day wasn't as good as it could have been because she let her self down... Her day can only be as good as she makes it...I always try to lead by example, If something needs to be done , Do it . If a attitude needs to be changed, Show by leading with yours... Time will tell. Something that was said earlier that I am getting tired of hearing is the young generation and their hurt feelings and such.. True this generation is not as tough as yours or mine.. But we need to take some responsibility for it..We as a whole made this world for this generation.. I have learned with younger ones under me they truly want to learn ,But people wont take the time to explain in such a way they can wrap their heads around it.. I had a young guy few years back was awful about trying to finish what i was going to say trying to impress me, Then I would have to start over or say it again cause he never would remember what I wanted from him,.. Finally I told him to keep mouth shut and ears open and he would be surprised how much more he retained.. That day changed his approach .. Great young man now... I think by now I know you well enough to know your a patient man ,So you'll do fine.. Good luck.. Now Go back to work slut.. Tired of hearing whine like a beeeeechh
