Tartrazine is known as E102 over here and causes all kinds of issues. It used to be used a lot in childrens drinks but was known to cause hyperactivity and mental stress, making it difficult for children to study. I'm not sure the alternatives are any better but as natural as can possibly be would be the best colouring . Again, it’s recently been found to increase hyperactivity in children. The government now recommend that, if a child has signs of hyperactivity or ADHD, it’s worth avoiding this additive. It is already banned from use in Austria and Norway.

I drove back home tonight. it was great to meet everyone in a real life scenario And an amazing weekend with plenty of memories made Thank you to everyone that made the effort to meet up A massive thank you to @BiggieUK for organising this event and for being our personal tour guide and also for being an awesome bloke

We went to Biggie's club and had a few drinks, partied hard and got back to the hotel around 3.30 It was a great night.
