EMP nades is up to you. Ftag dom is just a gametype. The regular ftag mod is there along with all the others. I think that server had both gametypes alternating so people can try out both and see if there are any issues. You have no idea how tired I am with the mod. To take care of certain things in a few gametypes, ftag domination included, I added shootable player clones while you are in the RC and others. Had to do some things about carrying the flag. But it opened up a big can of worms I am sorting through.

The Freezetag Domination mod has defrost added to EMP nades, if the server enables it. Defrost rate 1/2 of normal. They combine so multiple nades can defrost. Their range is pretty short so they need to be close to the frozen players.

Often gamers are slow to accept new gametypes. The only ones that really succeed quickly in mods are ports from MW2/3/BO since people have already played them.

For those that tried out the Freezetag Domination game the Novagas was tweaked so the smoke doesnt last quite as long and is more transparent. Also the poison gas area only lasts around 8 seconds. The 3X special nade perk can be used with it. If anybody has used it and has thoughts on whether or not that variation improves things now is the time while I am bug hunting.

Back in the day once in awhile I loved playing UT Redeemer or Goliath Cannon matches. So it all depends on what you are looking for.

Why are you emptying your mag at a spawn protected player? I havent played ACE in a long time but I assume you get some kind of notification that the player is protected when you hit him.

No random airstrikes? Awww. They are actually only 1/2 as powerful as the player versions even tho the FX are the same. I put alot of work into those.

Since this is obviously all new and the mod is in the beta and bug hunting stage if anyone has suggestions or options that will make the gametype better please let me know. Thought of the option that if you have two flags, but dont capture the third within a certain amount of time, you lose both. The idea would be to help prevent spawn trapping the enemy flag but I dont know if that actually happens very much these days. It also depends on whether or not the server forces starting spawns instead of best spawn point. I have always been a fan of chaos on the battlefield to mix things up and present the unexpected.

I have to say the funniest was the two anchors going on for minutes about the plane crash... and then surprise. The looks on their faces was priceless.

Everyone has their pet peeve in cod4. If its not tubes its claymores. If not that then its juggy. Just enjoy the game.
