Yes, Dirt and dust is always the first thing to check. Also check that the thermal paste isn't dried out on your CPU.

Lucky you! I agree, you were not properly grounded. Your shoes probably saved your life. Had your body been a direct path to earth ground from the pry bar you were holding it would have passed directly through your heart seizing the muscle. It only takes 200-300mA to kill a human being. That would have been much, much higher. You are indeed lucky, my friend. You'd better start going to church!!! =)

Arrienn, I'm a video editor and have done several compositions similar to example you posted. All the advice above is good and yes the trailer was done in Adobe After Effects which is not for the average video dabbler. One resource I use is http://www.videocopilot.net/ . This is hands-down the best tutorial site I have found for After Effects. After Effects is a great tool for producing comps like the one you posted but it has a steep learning curve.

I have participated in tournaments with the g13 guys when they were still around. It was well organized and a lot of fun. A league on the other hand is a huge commitment. It requires dedication and, if your team is gonna be any good, you HAVE TO PRACTICE TOGETHER!!!! You can't just show up on match night and play. I would love to participate but my current schedule would not allow with all my travel. (I'm hoping to change all that after the first of the year). I'll try to be in if it happens.
