Shamu, They are not shaperoned. We have the Political and Religious topics in a special forum, and everyone must "request" to have their name added to access that thread is all. Some do not wish to participate, and we have had some controversy in the past, so our simple solution is to grant access to those who desire to see those threads, and the rest of us will not see it if we do not want to participate in a political or religious thread. Simple.
