WAW uses the default sound settings in game. So go start / control panel/ then click sound . A new window should pop up called sound. Select the play back tab. In that tab everything you have to playback sound should be listed. Select your headset right click and set as default. Hope that helps.

Ok try again please cat. I think your problem is solved. I was just downloading at 2.9 meg. I've played through all 3 maps that are there. They rotate and load. Odd things. When I first log in I get a dm server and can't join game till the round ends nor can I vote on what map. The game will however select the next map and then things work ok. All that takes 30 seconds. I'm still looking at that issue. Also you only die after a round so you get to kill zombies till the end. I don't know if this is a feature of the mod or a glitch ? Ley me know please if it dies again. If its down just reboot the server. It might look like this in the server credentials or the second image. I have a ticket in to for a fix to that. So just click the link and it will bring you to the server settings.

Yea I'm pulling maps again

Well COD5 got a Zombie server back up and running. I think I finally got this to work ? There's only 4 maps running on it right now and I don't last long enough to find the ammo boxes but the rest works ok. Hop in give it a try if you're a Zombie kinda player.

I'm trying to get my hands on a server side fresh copy of the rising v1.4 for cod5. If anybody has one would you mind sharing it ? Thanks for hunting for it as well.

Oddd that that would work. Only on the DM2 server please Beers till we get somethings sorted out. If I remember right they started this with the spawn logic fix in patch 1.4 for the history buffs.

Well all the needed files and you can download them from our site without all that crappy ad shit . You simply to to the download section select your game and get what you need. For DOD5 I'm told teh ultimate patch is working great these days so I would use that one. Maps player profile and all your mods are in one place . Now thats windows 7. I think XP is the same. Where they go in Windows 8 Not sure I have not had time to finish loading everything on my copy of 8. A guess would be Users\Labob\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty - World at War Somebody please correct me if thats wrong. Either way those are everything you need to load to have everything the same as it was on your old computer setup,
