I think the DM server is great and from time to time Beers tosses in a candy for everybody . It works there is no reason to change gameplay. What I think is missing is the player are not finding ways to switch up their game when the flow changes.

First of all it doesn't matter if School is free or expensive. You have to get the damm kids in school first. If they don't graduate they pay so its not really free.( I do think they have to achieve some type of grade point average to keep it free as well ?) Now the government will get its money back through taxes on higher wages which do normally come with higher education. So this is a good thing. Ask Google how come they have to go out of country to hire people ask Microsoft the same question ask Apple that question too.
