I would try to get drivers from the manufacturer of the hardware. Using the device manager and getting the drivers from Microsoft and may or may not be the most updated. So, If you have an nvidia graphics card go to the nvidia site and download the latest driver from them. Also, if you could get me a copy of your memory dump, I could take a look to see what may be directly causing the issue. After posting that info try doing the following:
Run a check disk http://www.sevenforu...disk-check.html
Run a Memory test.
