  10. @Roxy! here is the recipe. The part written in pen is 1/2 the recipe which makes 4 full loaves. The full recipe will make 8 loaves. Enjoy. Edit; T means table spoon t means teaspoon
  11. I'll be changing it up a bit as well. Sometimes 705 white flour and 30% whole wheat. Sometimes using Red River Cereal, works real well. The Red River Cereal is a porridge, or hot cereal, made with a blend of cracked wheat, rye, and brown flaxseeds that was first created in 1924 in Manitoba Canada. The cereal takes its name from the Red River of the North, more specifically the valley surrounding Winnipeg. Weed

  13. I tried 2 other recipes. This one I've done twice. This will be my all time go to white bread from now. My wife used to make this bread 30 years ago, we just rediscovered the recipe, and we are stoked at the quality.

  22. Yes that was from 1 day. That year we had a record snowfall 16 feet! Thank god that doesn't happen often. I live near the coast, this year we had very little snow. Inland away from the coast the average snow fall is 6-10 feet.
