Pharticus This happens to me almost every time as well. I'm running Win7 32-bit and my desktop resolution and in-game resolution match. I just figured it was a win7 issue. happens in Win XP as well , just dam annoying -

Sonovabich What operating system we talking about Mikey, i'm using win7 and my paths stop short of all these..ie in control panel i don't have a folder options facility, i also don't get the "temp" option" or the "preftech" option Go To : computer/tools /folder options /veiw/show hidden files,folders and drives C:\Users\your name\AppData\Local\Temp C:\Windows\Prefetch C:\Windows\Temp -
