MtDeW, If you are having an issue with your COD4 being banned please take that up with steam. this is not the place. We are discussing the ban on ariyah as this is his ban appeal. Anything not pertaining to ariyah is not appreciated. ShaunZar was making a statement that really didn't have any validity for this appeal other than to state a thought that he had while playing against ariyah. ShaunZar, please take not of this. This has nothing to do with thoughts, but proof. All others that are not in an Admin position, should leave this to the people who actually have the duty by position granted. I have not had any real contact with Labob, but his wisdom as past Admin/Head/Senior Admin etc. can be a great insight. Unfortunately, he has stepped aside, but was also stating what the other admins already know. There has been a changeover at XI where there is a newer, younger, and a sometimes less experienced admin and or mod team. I myself have been an admin for almost 2 years and still will consult the wisdom of other admins that have been around longer before I act on an issue. Case in point. I have asked our other XI team admins for advice and to look at the video that was recorded. BillyMilano, Yes in whole or part. Main and ariyah have different GUID's but they do have the same IP address. One can only deduce from the date of when main last played/created and the fact that ariyah is no longer playing, that they are probably: 1. In the same house or sharing a router/gateway. 2. That they are either roomates or the same person. But that doesn't matter for this appeal as they have now both been banned. If I see ariyah and or main in the game again or can prove that they are trying to get back into the server under a different name, I will ban that GUID as well. So, it only begs to answer the question... How many dead copies of COD5 does ariyah want to purchase?

I did consider a recon, so I went back to check. There was no Enemy Recon plane up, they last 15 seconds and there was no start or end to any recon when you made these kills, so that excuse is not valid. Pray and spray through a wall is one thing, This was a short burst that killed 2 opponents. Rara22 and Billy Milano in a very direct area. Your quotes of " I used to play call of duty competitively" and "I don’t even know how to mod" are 2 statements that contradict each other. Anyone who plays competitively would know how to do this as they do change user .ini files or have modified their game profiles. I have asked other admins to verify my findings of the video and it has been agreed. So, from my stance, the ban stays, appeal denied. Also, While waiting for further confirmation, it was not wise to try to backdoor our server with a different GUID. So, if it is you that is playing under the name _main_, that name and GUID is now banned as well. This is the same IP used for both GUID's and all your alias's. We have the ability to see all the alias's IP's and GUID's for all who play on the server. Thanks for playing.

Ariyah, I was the one who banned you tonight. I was spectating you when you were seeing and shooting through the wooden walls. The 2 kills you got before you were banned were highly questionable. Rara22 (one of the killed) even typed when you got shot that it was a wall shot. I can agree to it as you couldn't have known 2 people were on the other side of the wall. I will have the other Admins look at the video I posted of the game play and we will get back to you. My initial ban will still remain in place until the video is reviewed. Sit tight.

WOW! What a complete shock. Dadda was always helpful when I needed something. He was a fantastic guy and will be missed greatly. My condolences go out to his family and to the players of COD4 that knew him more than I did. Sad day.?

Yep! This is a 2 week trip and the first week in December, I have another two week trip out to Los Angeles, but will stay at the same hotel every night. Gardena/Torrance. I will be there with 25 other guys from Japan. Ugh... Too many people to try to wrangle to restaurants.

WOW! I'll chime in on that note... Yes Chips. You are right. We had a guy use a racial slur trying to be a hip young'n. Was not aware of our policy as most people just blow by the loading page. I did the banning because he used the word. Typed it in chat. The head admins ruled for him to be unbanned. That's the way it goes. That's why they don't get paid the big bucks and neither do we. The heads make the decisions. Barron3000 is a head admin of INS.. He runs that server and makes the decisions pertaining to it. I am good with it. Don't play there.

On the loading screen for the Freeze Tag server, it also plainly states No personal attacks, No racial comments. Our rules are very specific on this issue. I have known you to be a good player and you get along well with everyone in the server, that's why I was shocked to hear about this. The 3rd. lane on 23 North of AA was developed as part of the Technology corridor. During the mornings, they open it up to aid traffic flow to AA. It is also an emergency lane if there happens to be an accident in any of the other 2 lanes (traffic can still flow). Au Gres ? That's wayyyyy up there. It is extremely rare that we go up north. I am at the airport all too often these days. I travel about 35 to 40% of the year. Purfy, The guy was driving way too fast for the road conditions. He rounded a curve and jack-knifed. Driving on ice slicked roads is a skill that some of us have and others don't. The best thing to do with little to no traction is to slow down and give small, smooth steering inputs.

LOL, As you can see, where the policeman is standing in the second pic is the left lane. The passing lane. It was a sheet of ice. Dumbass driver took a chance and failed. There was diesel on the ground (Hazmat) called. D.O.T. showed up to assess the condition of the highway, 2 tow trucks showed up, but only 1 was used. There were sparks from a battery cable that was shorting out and everyone was worried about something catching fire... I got paid , just was a long days drive.

Was on a 1200 mile drive through Michigan, Indiana, Illinois and back to Ann Arbor Michigan. -6 Degrees F. I was driving on I-94 towards Indiana and was just passing through Kalamazoo MI. I noticed my Toyota CH-R start to get a little squirrely on the road, so I slowed a bit the moved from the left lane to the middle lane. This Semi- truck decided to pass me... Well, about 1/2 mile down the road, he fishtailed and ended up like this in front of me. He dumped about 40 gallons of diesel and caught on fire for about 30 seconds (but extinguished by itself). Closed the highway for about 3.5 hours. This happened at 11:30am EST. We reached our destination (Lafayette Indiana) at 9:30pm. Such a long day.
