so im in safe mode right now typing this. my pc will freeze after startup whenever i try to open anything. my mouse will still move and i can open start menu but no apps will open. when i press control alt delete i get a black screen then a few minutes later i get a msg saying that it failed. i have to hard restart at that point. i have scanned with norton 360, malwarebytes, panda cloud and all of found nothing except magnipic which i have removed several times and it keeps coming back. i have checked to see if a vpn was open but nothing.
