And as long as you own the key including the COA (Certificate Of Authenticity - that's the small sticker with the key on a PC for example) you can install it where ever you want. MS is not allowed to restrict it to one piece of Hardware (in the EU, don't know if the are elsewhere). You can Download IE 7 from Microsoft I think. But I would highly recommend to use IE 10. Version 7 is round about 6 years old and I am not really sure if Microsoft still maintains this version. This browser is a complete security bug.

I don't think that this is a Flash or Java problem. I tried this with 3 different systems. Same OS, 2 with same configuration, same update level. 1 without Java or Flash. The last one works well. I have a presumption but couldn't confirm it yet. I sent a PM to Rugger and about it. But I am not sure if I am right or wrong.
