The priority has to be creating a great gaming space, so if this does help eleviate the crash problems, it cannot hurt to try.

I am fairly easy on things tbh, I'll go with the majority, but we do what is best for the clan and the games. We now have a lot of regular return players, quite a few joining us on TS, and wanting to join the clan, we just need to keep things ticking along nicely with stable non-crashing servers. The fad of new maps will whilt soon enough. The hardcore may benefit from a mix of Rush and Team deathmatch, what od you guys think? Team deathmatch is more of a close proximity style akin to MW, quite fun as a new element is bought in.

I have found a couple of tools, one recommended by another admin from a different clan, and also another, will pass info to others and see what they think, as I believe they both can put in game messages up.

I think that if / when the 3rd person spectate cam comes out it will help spot players who don't join the game. as to balancing teams, there is not a single answer to what is right and wrong. I have seen other servers where you can input messages / rules that pop up in chat to give guidelines, I will look into this, although on BF3Cc they are not working I think as yet, so there may be another way of doing it.

also as a side note, could we arrange an internal clan scrim soon, so we may practice for future clan v clan scrims? any thoughts as to when would be good!

It was me in BF3CC this morning, I was also trying to get them to swap, I did in fact swap 3 of them over, 2 stayed, 1 left, whilst also asking them.Also others joined form Korea and were moved over and left straight away. SOB is right, of course you want to be on the same team as your friends, but this upsets the balance of teams ability (3rd party chat) over an opposing side. As a general thought/question, do we feel it is a fair point that if a clan stacks a side with an unfair amount of players, we ask them to do a 50/50 level split and even out, and if they don't , kick them out? This is a serious question and needs a sensible comment back please. I have spoken with Primal, it wasn't me who kicked him, I think it was perhaps an odd occasion where for some reason the server/game booted him out, and he is cool with this, I can't explain it though, and I don't think an admin did it. As with the foibles of most new games, we need to understand what is best both for the game and all players, so perhaps this is a learning curve? and perhaps we need to as a clan / admin team have a few ground rules?

Nice, but I notice the minimap has move up, is this automatic when you alter the chatbox?
