Everyone having trouble getting in servers should (if you do not already have it) download HSLW it's one of the tools us admins use, just connect easily through that, it also lets you see who is playing in every server.

I think we should have a ragequit hall of fame, or maybe top 5 ragequitters......or at the very least a ragequit medal

It shouldn't make any difference but have you tried to set another key just to see if that works?
