if you want to spend that much, I am sure they work ok. You are going to pay more for the FataLITY name.. I use THESE cuz they are provided to me for work and they sound awesome. Well guys and gals, it's been almost a year since I lost my job, but I finally found one this week. Providing I pass the background check, which should be no problem since my last background check was for the ATFE, I will be working for support.com from home next week. Basicly I will be providing PC support from home for end users. These guys have the contracts for tech services for Staples, Office Depot, and Office Max among others. They also provide the PAID support for AVG users. I am really looking forward to this after being unemployed for so long. My only concern is about the working hours. Apparently you have to BID for your hours/schedule. They sure can keep me busy.... I was told during an interview that they were offering BONUSES to take overtime shifts! Really?? WOW. SO here's to no problems with the hours and working for what I hope is a great company! ~Kickin
