ok i did the safe mod thing when i launch the game, guess what, resolution is now at 640x480 i change it back to native res and .... black screen again same thing

i have profile backups. But when i try to use those it didnt work either. maybe i should reinstall the game

well i start the game, its taking a long time, and the game resolution change to random (it almost always a different one) smaller than it should resolution. So i change it back to 1900/1200 and sometimes it works, sometimes i get black screen. ctrl alt del, task manager and i see like 10 different cod4 app running. i have no idea wtf is going on, maybe its just a driver problem ? my screen native resolution is 1920 / 1200 GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Driver 419.35

no they all different, some props u get in specific maps, and not on others, some are there but u have to buy,... -

there should be another version of the mod done in openwarfare mod from what i understood, and there props are moving faster, and there are more props to choose. props also have the ability to flash the seekers to help escape them. But i m not sure if its a better mod or what. -

yea on the mod they use, they got more props choices and props are running faster than the soldiers, our mod is different. Still got to understand what u gain with levels and all

like yac said, cod4 is old and video drivers are not made for an old game like this, so maybe u should roll back to older drivers. if the only game u play is COD4, never update drivers if it works.

also try to remove every usb thing u dont need

had lot of problems with alt-tab in cod4. Maybe its a driver problem ?

ok tonight win 10 notification saying like there was a problem with a drive, i rebooted and it was all fkd up again. so launched win 7 chdsk lot of id security things lol blah blah... ok im done, fed up with this bs. impossible to run win 10 anymore ... guess i will forget win 10 even exist for now. was running fine for a few weeks tho
