I can play. But the problem is other videos on the computer dnt work annymore. My husband makes movies and he is a bit pissed he cannt do annything with the movies. All is black.

Is the problem the new download for the Call of Duty? Or something else. It started after i download the new file.

Try doing a system restore to before the time you installed Cod4x. 

It should fix it

I would try doing a graphics driver update.  Seems odd, codx shouldn't have anything to do with video playback
